Our infant program in Wells, MN is designed around one priority: your baby’s safety, comfort, and healthy development. In a calm, softly lit environment with a 1 to 4 staff-to-infant ratio, our trained caregivers provide individualized attention tailored to each baby’s unique schedule and needs.
What is included:
- Safe sleep practices following all Minnesota DHS guidelines
- Sensory exploration activities for early brain development
- Individualized feeding and nap schedules
- Early communication and language stimulation
- Bonding and secure attachment building
- Motor skill development including grasping, rolling, sitting, and crawling
- Visual check of sleeping infants every 10 to 15 minutes
Tuition: $255 per week, Full Time (4 or 5 days per week)
Staff Ratio: 1 staff to every 4 infants
Maximum Capacity: 8 infants
Licensed Child-to-Teacher Ratios
Infant Care — Ages 6 weeks to 15 months — Ratio 1:4 — Max 8 children
Toddler Program — Ages 16 to 32 months — Ratio 1:7 — Max 14 children
Preschool — Ages 33 months to Kindergarten — Ratio 1:10 — Max 20 children
School-Age — Kindergarten to 4th Grade — Ratio 1:15 — Max 10 children
Note: All ratios comply with Minnesota DHS Rule 3 standards.
