Connie Stanke founded Little Rebels Childcare Center with a passionate belief that every child deserves access to high-quality early childhood education — regardless of their developmental path or family background. Under Connie’s leadership, Little Rebels has become a trusted institution in the Wells community and across Faribault County. She personally oversees all operations, curriculum planning, staff training, family communications, and DHS compliance — ensuring that the Little Rebels experience consistently reflects the values she built this center on.

Connie and every member of her team are thoroughly background-checked through the Minnesota Department of Human Services, CPR and First Aid certified, and trained in positive behavior guidance, safe sleep practices, and DHS Rule 3 compliance.
